i have the same flashlight it works and i still have the tag that was on it when it was bought in 1965 the model number is BL-91

I just found the exact flash light the other day .. had not seen it for over 20 yrs. It came to me as a result of my father cleaning out the house. Anyone know if they make a more efficient bulb for this unit?

i have one exactly like this only it is branded as a meyer
out of hong kong
it takes 8 cells or a square lantern battery and the body is made of heavy aluminum and chrome plated
