BMG and closely related Fulton-manufactured beacon lights appear fairly regularly on eBay, selling in the $5-10 range. Watch out for egregiously overpriced shipping, though!

This is the beacon light that I pinned on my life-vest while serving in the Navy aboard the USS McDonough DLG8 during the Cuban Blockade. I did have need of it once in the Caribbean and found it I am now selling the Terralux LED flashlights (www.ourledlights.com)and find that our model TLF-3X3AA is a 3 LEDs for 2.5 wats of constant, bright light Squat body - only 4" long by 2.125 wide is perfect for those tight spots. It is water resistant and maintains a bright beacon of light through out the night even submerged in water. If any one knows where I may buy a BMG 1 Cell USN Beacon Light please let me know.
