Sorry my previous post was incomplete. The switch which will no longer turn off is the older "exposed" variety.

I have a 6 D cell B-Lite (#48112255). The only thing wrong is the switch, which will no longer turn the beam off. Anyone know where I can get a new switch, or can they be repaired? Thanks. Bob J

Hi, great looking flashlight. What kind of bulb does it have i.e halogen, regular incandescent I presume. Is the body made of machined aluminum? This flashlight is for sale? Do you know how much the duties to Canada would be? Thanks, Fabi.

I have 3 B-Lites, 2 D Cell,4 D Cell and a 6 D Cell. The 2 and 4 cell lites are "New in the Box" and the 6 Cell is very nice and shows little or no use. These flashlights are the best ever made by John Bianchi in So. Calif in the 60's and early 70's
