butch & Bob, this light was actually produced by a company called H&H Manufacturing based in Pittsburgh and was sold by Bright Star. H&H Mfg ceased operations a few years ago so Bright Star could no longer sale this flashlight. My only suggestion is the internet (ebay) to try and acquire one.

I have the (5) D cell version of this one. You can really see the difference of cheaper plastic parts used by the time this was released.
