Shame about the battery....this looks like a heavy duty, well built light...but what is a Lithium tube battery? I never heard of one...let alone seen one...

Thanks for posting this - I have the Eddie Bauer version and naively went to Radio Shack thinking they would be able to find it. Not only could he not find it, he also told me that Radio Shack didn't carry the LR44 battery for another of my lights. I was speechless.

I have this same light, but the eddie bauer version (better quality though. the qa/qc was much better on the eddie bauer versions, regardless if it came from the same factory) and it was spectacular. Long life, durable, and very bright. I wish I could still find them.

I purchased two of the lights and they didn't last at all. They were $16.99 each and I'm still saving them to try to get a refund. The concept was what prompted me to buy. Truely a POS!
