My dad has one of these. I think its the same year as this. It has the same slide switch on the back of it. Dont know if it works though. It still has the batteries in it but has no bulb in it. I dont know if i can find any batteries like that anymore. It would be nice for an antique.

i have this same lantern. i bought it at a flee market it has the instructions and the original batters witch still show voltage.

I have one like this from a hardware that was closing in 70's that was never sold or used look's like new still has paper instructions in it.You will not find a better one! Whats it worth?
