HAVE ONE THAT IS ALL CHROME TOP WITH WHITE PAINT BOTTOM ATTACHED TO (F) FENDER ON BIKE. WAS THIS STANDARD ISSUE ON SOME SPECIFIC BIKES OF THAT ERA?
