For the enclosed bulb type wrap the case with tape to avoid scratching turn it counter clockwise to loosen! Do the same thing to get the bulb out@

I have this penlight with a different bulb housing exposing only the tip of the bulb, which has just burned out. I'm pretty handy but I can't figure out how to get the lamp out. Mine looks like it must be removed from the inside end where it screws into the tube/body. Any advice would be appreciated. Is mine possibly a v1 (version 1?)?
