The same model 3251 was being sold as of October 2006 in an orange or black version with Halloween motifs in Target stores with some models made in China and others made in USA. The Chinese models have a screw-in mechanism for holding the bulb base along with a miniature machine screw while the USA versions have the same snap-in mechanism as the original models.
