Picked one of these up in a auction in mint condition still in box.
It works perfect. I converted it to LED reverse polarity. The run time
is 8 hours. O yeah the battey pack can be rebuilt.

Reg, The pack can be rebuilt, but you must use modern ni-cad batteries. The old "pancake" cells aren't made anymore

Great lite, but the battery pack exploded last time I plugged it in. If you still have one of these ---BE CAREFUL.
