I just bought one of these off E-Bay. So cool! Are the batteries for this available anywhere? (The original, corroded battery is still inside the flashlight. I was thinking I should throw this out (hazard?))

I have this one in mint condition in the holiday gift box with a No. 6900 sticker on the box and the Eveready No. 700 Tungsten Battery with Feb. 18,1913 patent date.
