Must have been a different light altogether. Got it as birthday present when I was about 9 yrs old after a story in our reader at school was about boy exploring a cave sparked my desire. Original one lost but have one just like it still. Momentary on, or you could depress the button and slide the switch forward and it would stay on. Very cool.
