I ran across six brand-new unopened RLBAT batteries that I had squirreled away for Y2K. I would like to get $10 for one and I checked with the post office and it looks like $5 would cover the shipping. So, bottom line, I'm asking $15 bucks each. Anyone interested?

Thanks

You can get the batteries from Batteries America (on the internet.) I've dealt with them for years, they're good. It is an unusual lead-acid cell, like a miniature car battery. Do NOT let the old ones leak on anything! If the light lights but it won't charge, 95% chance it is the 2 batteries. -Phil

I have not been able to find a replacement bulb for my RL 100 H flashlight. It is still in very good condition & taking the charge very well. I have tried Home Depot to no avail.

Herbert / Dennis:
If the RL100H uses the rectangular 2V lead acid battery (RLBAT), you may be able to still get them from First Alert. The page http://www.firstalert.com/ReplacementParts.aspx
has them listed for $6.50 each.

Rob:
First Alert made some similar units in the late '90s; I have three 102Rs (similar to above,
but off-white with blue switch, beam adjust, and plug), and a 50R (same color scheme, but 2V, narrower body, no swivel). They're available if anyone is interested (I'd trade for FL-10s or Series 15s); contact me at tonym924@gmail.com.
