This is another Homart that is also available as a Lightmaster. The lens is, indeed, very thin plastic, comparable to the kind of plastic found in current clamshell packaging. For serious use, you would probably want to replace the original lens.

I also have this flashlight. It is in great condition with the lens intact! Does anyone know if it is worth more money with the lens? Thanks!

I HAVE ONE OF THESE IN MY COLLECTON,IT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.IT ALSO HAS A LENS MISSING.THEY WERE MADE OF VERY THIN PLASTIC.THIS LIGHT WAS ORIGINALY SOLD BY SEARS BACK IN THE THIRTIES.
