I just bought one as pictured, even the numbers match, at an estate sale. My first thought after turning it on was that it could have been used by an usher in a movie theater. It is not overly bright
yet throws a nice round beam for lighting the isle and seats.

I have one like the other person commented. No patent number n the base and a slightly different ring. The patent on the switch appears the same. Does anyone know what the "Walleye lens" means other than it does look like one. It does have better lighting detail up close than distant shining.

I have one that does not have the patent information on the base. The ring is shaped differently as well.
