The refill for the Zebra telescoping pen will work BUT you have to save the original plastic screw fitting from the Innovage ink cartridge and put it on the Zebra refill. It very simply slips off of the old Innovage inkcartridge and onto the Zebra refill.

For your model light & laser pen as shown above. We purchased this product while visiting USA last year - really love this product. Last year the product had 3 batteries in the flashlight PLUS 3 extra batteries. This year while on a visit, we purchased more of this product. It did not come with the extra batteries inside. Still this is a great product for our business. Two questions: Can you get refills for the pen portion as the pen doesnt last long? And, is it possible to our this product directly from your company? I would like this to be my number one promotional gift from my company if it is possible to order in bulk and get a good price on orders
Thank you for your time and look forward to your response

I received on of these as a gift last month, but the back won't stay on it where the batteries are inserted. It's as if the screw threads aren't catching. It keeps dumping the batteries out. Any help as to how I can contact this company?

I purchased this pen from CVS for $2.98. The power of the laser is amazing for this price. On a cloudy day the beam spot is visible 125 + feet from the user. It should be adequate for use in almost any presentation scenario. The lLED light is fine for illuminating key holes or the like & can light your way on a very dark night. The pen is so-so. The value in this item is in the laser. Look closely at the box illustration to ensure you have the battery orientation correct. If you put them in the wrong way, they can get stuck & are very difficult to remove.

The Pen does write well, the lighting also works well. But the suggested price on the box says $29.99...you sell it for $12.00 and I bought mine at CVS for $2.99. For writing up work orders and checking inside dark equipment, this pen works great. I will try the Zebra refills (ZEB85612) to see if they work.
