O.k. this is weird...just bought some stuff from a locksmith that was retiring and one of these units was in the bundle. It's complete, but doesn't work, not sure why. Had a weird foil sleeve over the batteries, which crumbled when I removed them. Fresh batteries didn't help so I'm not sure if the bulb was any good or not. Looked like a handy unit.
