If you're unsure how to change the bulb and/or batteries I would recommend contacting the manufacturer.

This is one of the better affordable flashlights out there. It’s durable, puts out a strong beam and has a comfortable and easy to hold rubber grip.

To change the batteries you turn the larger metal ring (on the bulb end of the flashlight) counter-clockwise until it comes off. When you screw it back on turn it gently until you feel the threads line up, it's easy to crossthread if you're not careful.
