i got one of these at Goodwill for a whole 79 cents. i take back my comment ealier about this being a Bright Star 575, because it is not. It is very similar to that flashlight however. The only writing on mine is "Made in USA" on the switch and on the butt end.

this is the bright star model 575. my grandfather had one of these while we were running away from hurricane andrew, in august of 1992. it should not be in the misc/unknown category, but rather the bright star category.
