This is a Rayovac Sportsman Deluxe. Mine has a diamond shaped label on it with three words from top to bottom, "SPORTSMAN RAY-O-VAC Deluxe", with the word "Deluxe" written in script. If you would like, I can send a picture of it.

A Rayovac Sportsman ... slide green collar forward to turn on, back to turn off, no flash button as in other models. Mine has a Rayovac Sportsman label on it.

Could it be a Sportsman top screwed onto a Rayovac collar switch series light? Judging from the picture alone, the lens cap appears much shinier and without the wear of the rest of the head....
