I have this lantern in blue. It had an instruction sheet inside and there are 4 lantern models pictured. This one is No. 890 Adjusto-Beam Lantern. Made by The Metal Ware Corp, Two Rivers, WI. Hope this is of some help. If you want a scan of the sheet, email me.
