I don't have what you are looking for, but wanted to comment. My dad owned a drug/notion/paper bag company in the '60s.
The story told is that Rayovac gold plated 50 two cell lights and were giving them as promotions. A co in New Orleans received one and I have the other. It doesn't look as old as this one, and I never saw a box. My dad was one that may not have kept it. But it's never had a battery in it.
Really thought with the price of gold, it would be worth more.
Anyway, this is the first one other than mine I have seen.
Thanks for your time. L E Freeman West Monroe, La

I own one of these lights MIB. This is a truly beautiful light. Very streamlined, light weight and the gold plating really makes this collectible light shine when on display.

The date says 1970, but this logo was discontinued in 1957-58 according to the advertisements I have. I have two of these lights in fair cosmetic condition (excellent working condition with krypton-bulb upgrades). I'd love to have one as pictured, mint, with the presentation box. I live in Wisconsin and these are a kind of heritage item for me.
