I have this, except for studs instead of rivets and a ring on the end cap... what year is this???

I have a very similar flashlight which I would like to identify. It varies from the illustration in two ways. It is a 3 cell instead of 2 cell, and it has a carry ring on the cap. The cap imprint and body features are otherwise identical.
