They would put the barrel under their arm to write a ticket and if they had a problem, it was one of the only flashlights that they could hit a person with that the end cap wouldn't come off, which if this would happen they were hitting the person with a hollow tube. Bill on Sep 4, 2007 - 5:00 AM This was my favorite duty flashlight for military police during the late '60's. Unfortunately, the beam would NOT cut through some of the fog encountered. It did save my hide one time.
