I used on of these flashlights when I was in the air force it was the 2 d-cell version for use in hazzardous enviorments its explosion proof. I used it many times while working in the aircraft fuel tanks.

i have a black bakelight 2 cell us navy safety flashlight.any info on the manufacture of it? same configuration as the one shown. still works fine and very rugged. no date shown. thanks ron.

I have one of these flashlights--totally complete.I have to pick up a bulb PR3 for it but its bakelite composition is unique. I was thrilled to see it on your website!I have 2 questions:
1.Value? 2. model # ?
