Can you help me date this flashlight on the end cap it has in a oval usalite on top of that is r circled on the bottom made in usa its crome and has rings the length of it,can you help me?Thank You I just bought

My grandmother had a model 995, but I just ran across this one today, 8-29-07, for 69 cents. The bulb was still in it and it works.
