I found out why Switchblades are illegal in most states...when movies came out in the 1950's like "Rebel without a cause" that showed James Dean fighting with a switchblade...it created a uproar an showed switchblades in a negative light an people were afraid of "corrupting" our youth back then...(with knifes an gangs)so most states made them illegal...

you can get a heap load of these in south africa, i have about 5 or 6 differennt ones like this. they are about 10 dollars a pop given the current exchange rate. u can also get the non switch blade type too. thats a better one

COOL KNIFE AN LIGHT...BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SWITCHBLADES ARE ILLEGAL IN MOST PARTS OF U.S...EVERY HOUSE AN KITCHEN HAS STEAKNIFES IN IT.....JUST AS DEADLY...WHATS THE DIFFERENCE?
